If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. Ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Make sure the return form is approved—without approval, your return may not be processed.
